The standard ADSL 2+ internet router is included in our ADSL 2+ internet service is provided FREE. We charge £5.99 to cover delivery. The router may be a refurbished unit which cuts down costs and helps the environment. It will be pre programmed and ready to plug in.

Our service is not tied to any particular router and you are welcome to use your own or acquire one from elsewhere.

If you would like an engineer to carry out the installation, just contact us and we can arrange an engineer visit. Before we dispatch broadband routers, we normally update the firmware and pre program it with your internet login credentials. The Router will be tested at Megganet HQ prior to dispatch. All your details including internet login and support details will be sent to you in your welcome letter.

ADSL 2+ lines are usually activated 5 to 10 working says after order. If you can get internet access, you can track your installation using our online control panel.

ADSL internet services lines are usually installed by Openreach 5 to 10 working says after order commitment. When you commit, we will send you your log in details to our portal so you can see your order progressing.
